To ensure that the Mentees get to know their Mentors, and discuss appropriate ways for the adoption of technologies, based on the needs on the ground, a regional workshop will usher-in the virtual mentoring sessions.
In partnership with the IDB, this meeting will launch the mentoring process, highlight innovations and reforms in the Agricultural sector, and introduce the fifteen (15) technologies to be used by young farmers in transforming themselves into agricultural entrepreneurs, and successful drivers of science for agriculture in Africa.
Date and Venue of the Meeting:
The NEYAT regional meeting will take place over three days in September 2017, where CORAF/WECARD’s experts, partners, mentees and mentors will examine the main expertise, tools, challenges, trends, and good practices required for a successful delivery of the process.
The agenda will be communicated shortly.
